The assignment was a house for two families that is going to be rented. Taking advantage of the corner lot, the house entrances are planned on different sides so that both are never visible at the same time.
In accordance with the character of the street, the halves of the house are designed in such a way that, despite the interiors being largely the same, symmetry in volume is avoided. As a result, the appearance of the two-family house fits into the surrounding, which is mainly built up with single-family houses.
