The existing building was built in 1971 and renovated in 2010 in terms of energy efficiency. It has a basement and two upper floors. There is a shop on the ground floor, two medical practices and a psychotherapeutic practice on the first and second floors.
An elevator and a new canopy are currently being added and ancillary rooms in the existing medical practices are being converted. These construction measures will modernize the medical practices and make them fully-accessible for the disabled.
