The plot is located next to the forest, on the slope of a hill.
The oldest preserved building on the property is a 19th-century half-timbered building.
In the period from 1955 to 1995, various new buildings, extensions and conversions as well as changes of function were carried out. Since they are all connected in the interior, they are considered together as one existing building.
It was originally used as a bakery with a shop, guest rooms and dance hall. It was later converted into a café with living quarters and an unfinished structure of an apartment was added.
With the current change of function, two apartments were organised – instead of the café with guest and living rooms. The original use of the addition has remained unchanged.
The change of function was carried out with the least possible structural intervention.
Due to the planned new function – living – the building was revived and protected from decay.
