Sustainable building stands for the combination of various characteristics that must be properly understood and evaluated: the responsible use of built land, climate protection, fitting into the environment, circular economy and spaces with positive sociological influence. We can provide you with detailed information and support you in setting your own priorities. These are then carried out in the planning and implementation of your construction project.
We have been supporting the nationwide initiative Phase Sustainability Now since June 2020. As a result, we have up-to-date information on the subject of sustainable building and have access to databases in which sustainability-related properties of building materials are assessed and compared according to the same criteria, so that we can offer you a range of sustainable materials to choose from.

Low-tech vs. high-tech
Low-tech “first”. High-tech to an optimized extent as a complement. – We start with examining the possibilities of using locally available materials and energy sources and propose them. Only then do we look for other options of materials and more complex technical solutions.
Our approach is location- and innovation-based: local building materials and (rediscovered) traditional but also innovative ecological construction methods, coupled with current planning methods and research knowledge.
